Healthy lifestyle is a living happily with your family, practicing good and healthy food and exercise habits. Good habits combined with a healthy belief system which brings comfort, while have a reliable social network and close with your family. Healthy living to me must include in all aspects of health, physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, environment and close person you can share your life. 

Manage Your Stress; Effective stress management is a another key to healthy living. Stress can have a negative effect on emotional well being, interrupt sleep, reduce energy levels and cause a variety of physical aches and pain. Stress is not completely avoidable, but learning how to effectively deal with it can prevent it from negative effect on your health. Practice in positive thinking, self talk, will be help you from unnecessary stress. Take time to do things you find pleasure in devote time each day to relaxation or meditation to keep stress levels at bay. This will help you to how to relax and calm your self.

Get lots of sleep; In order to maintain a healthy body, you'll need 8-9 hours of sleep every day. This keeps you awake and alert, so you don't have to drink caffeine and energy drinks. If you are a kid and have early school times, go to sleep earlier on school nights. Drink chamomile tea with lemon before bed time. When you awake up in morning try to drink big glass of warm water.

Starting your day with a good breakfast; Breakfast is a huge part of the health equation. Eating a wholesome breakfast kick starts your digestion, metabolism and feeds your body the necessary vitamins and minerals. Skipping meals also signals to the brain that the body is starving which can trigger certain stress hormones to be released, in turn creating all kinds of hormonal and digestion problem! Basically, breakfast is essential.  

Run, jog or walk; This doesn't necessarily mean run five miles every morning, but jogging or running for about 10 minutes at an easy pace definitely will keep you in shape. Try jogging for about 10 minutes 2 times a week. It will keep your muscles strong. Why a walking out is good for your body? As a nation of largely people, who working on regular weekdays work, they take less and less do the exercise. Most simple forms is also the most effective walking. Regular walking, like most aerobic activities, is good for you because cardio  vascular exercise straighten the heart and lungs, increasing overall fitness. Walking together with diet and other exercise plans, it can also help weight loss and tone up muscles.

Stretch your self; It feels great! If you continuously stretch each day, you will end up being really flexible and nimble. It keeps you running longer and gives you strength.

Challenge yourself; If you got 10 push-ups as your maximum, try going for 12! Little challenges like this keep your body nice and fit.

Eat more fruits and vegetables; Fruits and vegetables are an essential part of a healthy diet. Try to get at least 5-6 servings a day. Fruits and Vegetables Juice is best in morning, before 
you have breakfast. 

Laugh and smile; Smiling a lot makes your face look younger and it feels great. If you laugh a lot, it has been scientifically proven to keep you healthier

Do something you love; Play with a pet, go swimming, or jump on a trampoline! Doing things you love to do keep you in a good mood, and make you happier. If you had a bad day at school, ride a bike. Not only is this fun, but its make you very happy. Try it!

Don't take things too seriously; Be laid-back and open minded, explore new things. Try Meditation, it's will help you to relax. 

Do Nothing; Staying in a dark, quiet place without having any stressful thoughts for about ten minutes will leave you feeling refreshed. If you just relax, you will feel better and probably keep feeling good through the day. Just do this a couple of times a day like people who doing meditation and get relax.

Super Healthy Smoothie Recipes


1) The protein powder - flax seed oil and Banana Smoothie 

This give you what you need to stay full until lunchtime, while the berries add a touch of sweetness. Remember, if you get hungry between meals, use as a crutch to get you through the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp flax seed oil
  • 1/2 cup ice
If you usually crave something sweet for breakfast then this smoothie from the total weight plan  is perfect for you. Packed with protein and nutrition, it will keep you full until lunchtime. Also, you don't have to make this recipe strictly for breakfast, you can drink it for lunch or dinner if you like.

2) Tropical Papaya Smoothie

Serving for; 2
1 papaya, cut in to cubs
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cut mangoes
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup ice cubs
1 to 2 tsp coconut extract
11/2 tsp ground flaxseed
Combine the ingredients, process until smooth and frosty.

3) Almond - Banana and flax seeds Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seed oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup ice

4)  Pumpkin Smoothie; Who says breakfast can't taste like dessert? 

The pumpkin pie spice combined with the pure pumpkin puree make this smoothie for weight loss plan and  taste like you're drinking a pumpkin pie straight out of a straw. Plus, the puree gives you fiber to keep you fuller, longer. 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp flax seed oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

5) Banana and Ginger Smoothie

This smoothie good for digestion, heartburn or stomach problem. Banana and fresh ginger is a neutral remedy drink smoothie.

Servings; 2
1 Banana
6 oz plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
small peace fresh grated ginger
Blend everything until smooth.

6) Workout or Hot day smoothie

1 medium size orange peeled
1/2 cup far free yogurt
2 cubes frozen orange juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 to 5 ice cubes 
Combine the all ingredients and blend until smooth. 

7) Rich Green Tea makes antioxidant smoothie, it's a nutritional and good for health.

3 to 4 tbsp water
1 green tea bag
2 tsp honey
1 cup frozen blue berries or mix berries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
This smoothie good at breakfast, and you will feel satisfied. 

8) Strawberry and Kiwi smoothie

This is a high fiber drink become very healthy, when you use all organic ingredients. 

Servings; 2
11/2 cup cold apple juice
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 kiwi fruit. sliced
4 to 5 frozen strawberries
1 to 2 tsp honey
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. 

9) Blueberry - Banana and Soy Smoothie

Ripe blueberry bust with flavor in this delicious smoothie drink. For health reason don't put any sugar or sweetener, all the fruits makes it naturally sweet. 

Servings for; 2
11/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, sliced
2 tsp sugar or sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extarect
Mix everything in blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you like thinner smoothie.

The human body and mind are very interesting, and the science behind improving your well being is something to find very interesting. Melt Away Your Stress with Deep Relaxation
This meditation, you can do any time when it's suitable for you. when you feel really stress then definitely you have to go for this deep relaxation. When you get 10 to 20 minutes to spare and want to shed some of the tension you have accumulated in your life. It is also great way to prepare for the other meditation you have read before, because it's leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed and your self.
  • Find a comfortable place to lie down. If you have any tight clothing, try to loosen up, remove or loosen you belt, take off your shoes, and stretch out on your back with your arms resting at your side, legs slightly apart.
  • Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your feet. Wiggle your toes, flex your feet, and then let go all tension as much as you can, allowing your feet to feel that all your tension is going to melt away from you.
  • Shift your awareness to your lower legs, thighs and hips, imagine them becoming light and relaxed and all your tension melting away from you.
  • Bring your awareness to your lower abdomen, imagine all tension draining away from you, your breath deepening, and your belly slowly go up and down.
  • Bring your awareness to your upper abdomen, chest, neck and throat, feeling the areas opening and softening and try to relax your self.
  • Bring your awareness to your shoulder, upper arms, lower arms, hands and your fingers, imagine them becoming relaxed and all tension melting away from you or melting in to the floor.
  • Bring your awareness to your head and face, feel the tension melting away from your face across your head and going away from you.
  • Scan your body from head to toe, starching for any remaining area to tension or discomfort, then just imagine then relaxing completely.
  • Experience your body as one of relaxation, without parts or edges.
  • continue to resting in this position for 5 to 10 minutes then slowly being to wiggle your fingers and toes,
  • stretch your arms and legs, open your eyes slowly and gradually come up to a sitting position.

Now check yourself and notice how you feel. Do you feel more relaxed? Does your body feel lighter? Does atmosphere and everything around different in any way? Now gently get up and enjoy your day.

Some Home Remedies for High Blood Pressures.


Lifestyle plays an important role in treating your high blood pressure. If you successfully control your blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle, you may avoid, delay or reduce the need for medication.
Here are some home remedies, lifestyle changes you can make to lower your blood pressure and keep it down.

Banana
Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium. So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, currants, orange juice, spinach, zucchini, baked sweet potatoes and winter squash.

Celery

Celery greatly helps control high blood pressure. Celery help relax the muscles in and around arterial walls, thereby creating more space and allowing the blood to flow in without difficulty. At the same time, it can help reduce the stress hormones that constrict blood vessels, which contributes to high blood pressure.


Coconut Water

People with high blood pressure must keep their bodies well hydrated. It is a good idea to drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily. Coconut water is particularly beneficial for lowering blood pressure. A 2005 study published in the West Indian Medical Journal found that coconut water, being rich in potassium, magnesium and vitamin C can help decrease blood pressure. Along with coconut water, you can also use coconut oil when cooking.

Garlic

Several studies have demonstrated blood pressure lowering effects of garlic. Both raw and cooked garlic help control high blood pressure and at the same time reduce cholesterol as well.  Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart. If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day.

Lemons

Lemons help keep blood vessels soft and pliable and by removing any rigidity, high blood pressure will be reduced. In addition, you can help lower your chance of heart failure by consuming lemon juice regularly, due to its vitamin C content. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals.Simply drink a cup of warm water with the juice from half a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach. For best results, do not add salt or sugar.

Cayenne Pepper

Those suffering from mild hypertension will benefit from eating cayenne pepper. It helps smooth blood flow by preventing platelets from clumping together and accumulating in the blood. You can add some cayenne pepper to fruit or 
vegetable salad, or add a pinch to a bowl of soup. Because cayenne pepper is quite spicy, you only need to use a little bit.

Onion Juice

Onions have also been found to lower your blood pressure due to the presence of an antioxidant. Try to eat one medium-sized, raw onion daily. You can also mix one-half teaspoon each of onion juice and honey and take it twice a day for one to two weeks.

Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds (Dry Methi Seeds) are an effective ingredient for lowering high blood pressure due to their high potassium and dietary fiber content. Soak one or two teaspoons Fenugreek seeds in water over night and in morning strain water and drink it every day.

As a child I remember my Granny recommending castor oil for almost any problem we have. For her and My Father, it was the best home remedy for
everyone in my family and friends. Even today for natural health benefits it provides from Castor Oil. Before we delve in to details about castor oil , here is a quick brief about where its origin. 

Castor Oil is extracted by Castor seeds. Castor seeds are crushing and 
squeezing from the miracle beans. Castor oil has been used for thousand of years to treat a wide variety of health conditions. Castor oil is one of the best kept secretes in the world of natural health. Historically, castor oil was taken as an oral laxative, but now taking castor oil this way is not recommended because it's powerful effect can disrupt normal digestion and healthy intestinal flora is a

When I was a young my father used caster oil for good health. He used to keep bottle at home all the time for home remedy. My own experience from my father, he used to tell me how good and amazing castor oil beans and castor oil benefits. Castor Oil is a amazing benefits and it's helps in many ways for good health. when we had upset stomach or pain in stomach my father used to give us 2 tsp castor oil with Indian tea in early in the morning and some time in weekend as well because we have to be home. when some one had a muscle pain or back pain he used to tell them to apply castor oil and massage that area then put the cotton wool or thick towel and put the hot water bottle on top. He used to tell us to put castor oil drops when eyes is very tired. So basically in my family castor oil is a miracle. I am a big fan of castor oil and I always keep it in my house. When I am traveling I keep small a bottle with me, I can't leave without castor oil.   

The are are several way to use castor oil as a home remedy. You can simply rub castor oil onto affected area of your skin, or you can make a band-aids soaked in castor oil. If it's only small area to be treated then this will work but for larger area application then it can be used as massage castor oil, then cover that area with large old, thick bath towel and you can use a hot water bottle or heat pad to get better.
